Operations Specialists

Wexford Operations Specialists are experts in military operations and planning, generally with at least ten years of military experience and recent deployments engaged in combat operations. Most have Army backgrounds but several served in the Marine Corps, the Navy, the Air Force or Coast Guard. Many continue to serve as members of the National Guard or Reserves. They are widely gauged experts, demonstrating multi-disciplinary qualifications in planning, tactics, and operations. A current TS/SCI security clearance is highly desirable.

As a SOF Desk Officer, you will monitor data and information for aspects of physical security, operational security, security classification, and other control mechanisms to protect and mitigate risk to personnel and operations.

Naval Special Warfare Operations (J3) Analyst (Bahrain)

As a Naval Special Warfare Operations (J3) Analyst, you will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of the ops/intelligence fusion process. You will support Naval Special Warfare Unit THREE (NSWU-3), providing Battle Staff training on the following warfighting functions: C2, Intelligence, Fires, Movement and Maneuver, Protection, Sustainment, and Information Operations. CIED Trainer/Instructor (Iraq)

As a CIED Instructor, you will provide current and customized Counter-IED training and subject matter expertise to a diverse base of U.S. and foreign military customers both in the classroom and in field environments. You will speak and present in front of large groups while ensuring orderly conduct of the class. Customers you support will include Counter-IED units supporting Conventional Forces and Special Mission Units conducting combat operations on today’s asymmetric threat battlefields.

Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) Member

As a Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) Member, you will provide embedded support to tactical units conducting ground operations primarily in the CENTCOM AOR. You will observe and report on best practices, emerging enemy TTPs, and friendly capability gaps associated with improvised threats such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).

As a Interagency Coordination SME you will work in collaborative multiagency and complex environments, with the ability to shape and manage interagency information sharing in a fast-paced work environment.
