Operations Specialists

Wexford Operations Specialists are experts in military operations and planning, generally with at least ten years of military experience and recent deployments engaged in combat operations. Most have Army backgrounds but several served in the Marine Corps, the Navy, the Air Force or Coast Guard. Many continue to serve as members of the National Guard or Reserves. They are widely gauged experts, demonstrating multi-disciplinary qualifications in planning, tactics, and operations. A current TS/SCI security clearance is highly desirable.

Operations Integrator, SOFST (Reston, VA)

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit while providing an operational perspective to the products, which include target and network analysis packages.

CIED Trainer/Instructor - Country Lead (Iraq)

As a CIED Instructor, you will provide current and customized Counter-IED training and subject matter expertise to a diverse base of U.S. and foreign military customers both in the classroom and in field environments. You will speak and present in front of large groups while ensuring orderly conduct of the class. Customers you support will include Counter-IED units supporting Conventional Forces and Special Mission Units conducting combat operations on today’s asymmetric threat battlefields.

Counter-Improvised Threat (C-IT) Curriculum Manager (Reston, VA)

As a C-IT Curriculum Manager, you will support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Training Management Division (J7) Deployable Training Team (DTT). You will integrate into a matrix team of Active Duty Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and contractors delivering C-IT training to the Joint Force and Partner Nations. You will be responsible for applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) techniques to maintain and improve C-IT Programs of Instruction (POIs). The POIs delivered by the DTT are critical to national defense and have a direct impact on the safety of deploying Warfighers.
