Operations Specialists

Wexford Operations Specialists are experts in military operations and planning, generally with at least ten years of military experience and recent deployments engaged in combat operations. Most have Army backgrounds but several served in the Marine Corps, the Navy, the Air Force or Coast Guard. Many continue to serve as members of the National Guard or Reserves. They are widely gauged experts, demonstrating multi-disciplinary qualifications in planning, tactics, and operations. A current TS/SCI security clearance is highly desirable.

MCES C-IED Instructor (Camp Pendleton, CA)

As a MCES C-IED Instructor, you will provide first-class instruction to students both in the classroom and on the practical application lanes. Instructors must be able to speak in front of large groups, be well-spoken and capable of ensuring the orderly conduct of the class. Instructors will formally certify and maintain proficiency in all assigned C-IED Training Courses (CTC), as well as supervising the practical applications and evaluations associated with each CTC.

Strategic Planner, AWG (Ft Meade, MD)

As a Strategic Planner for the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG), you will provide observation, analysis, training, and advisor support to Army and Joint Force units to enhance their capabilities to predict, mitigate, counter, and defeat asymmetric threats and methods. The goal of AWG is to improve the capabilities of the U.S. Army at the operational and tactical levels during the conduct of unified land operations. AWG enhances the capabilities of U.S. units by making them faster and more adept at identifying and attacking enemy vulnerabilities, and by preparing them for a broader spectrum of threats.

EOD/CIED Trainer AFRICA (Part Time)

As a CIED Trainer - AFRICA, you will provide current and customized EOD and Counter-IED training and subject matter expertise to a diverse base of U.S. and foreign military customers both in the classroom and in field environments. You will speak and present to large groups of students, ensuring the orderly conduct of the class. Customers include U.S Soldiers supporting Foreign military personnel conducting EOD and CIED training.

Operations Integrator, SOFST (Reston, VA)

As a SOF Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements.
