ORSA - Asymmetric Threat Operations Research Analyst (Reston, VA)

As an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA), you will provide support to our government client, and forward deployed units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build or employ such threats. Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the senior military audience. You will execute your mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.

ORSA - Asymmetric Threat Operations Research Analyst (AFG)

As an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA), you will provide support to our government client and forward deployed units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build, or employ such threats. You will provide this support through reach-back in a CONUS location or embedded with the supported elements OCONUS. Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for both a senior military audience and the warfighter. You will integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.

Counter UAS (C-UAS) Threat Intelligence Analyst

As a Intelligence Analyst, you will provide specialized intelligence analysis and vulnerability assessment support to Improvised Threat and C-UAS efforts to understand and mitigate the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems to domestic, critical infrastructure. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-UAS operations. As required, you will interact directly with local, state and Federal law enforcement agencies; the Department of Homeland Security and other Federal Agencies to develop comprehensive intelligence products that inform a variety of activities to protect critical infrastructure. As required, you will participate in the development and fielding of analytical tools and techniques that enhance the organization’s ability to ingest, collate, search and tailor data to meet customer requirements.

Training and Readiness Integrator (J8/J9) (Reston, VA)

Training and Readiness Integrator (J8/9) enables traceability of JIDO Readiness through the Joint Training Information Management Systems (JTIMS) to improve readiness.  Training and Readiness Integrator (J8/9) will be familiar with CCMD plans, and he/she will identify and liaise with JIDO Integrators and J5 to close Counter Improvised Threat gaps in those plans. Training and Readiness Integrator (J8/9) will develop and maintain a training tracker tool for the supported work force, prepare, analyze and submit observations, reports and other required deliverables after training events and – on behalf of JDIRs and Deputies – prepare inputs to Quarterly Training Review Board (QTRB)

The OPS/Intel Training and Readiness Integrator enables traceability of JIDO readiness through the Joint Training Information Management Systems (JTIMS) to improve readiness.  The Training and Readiness Integrator will be familiar with CCMD plans, and he/she will identify and liaise with JIDO Integrators and J5 to close Counter Improvised Threat gaps in those plans. On behalf of the DOI and JDIRs, the Training and Readiness Integrator will identify, understand and continually update JIDO Mission Essential Task List (METL), associated staff tasks and conditions and standards. The Training and Readiness Integrator will review and ensure all DOI training and exercise events are aligned with improved readiness of the DOI labor force.  The OPS/INTEL Training and Readiness Integrator will develop and maintain a training tracker tool for the supported work force, prepare and submit observations, reports and other required deliverables after training events and – on behalf of JDIRs and Deputies – prepare inputs to Quarterly Training Review Board (QTRB).

On behalf of the DPT and JDIRs, The Plans and Training Integrator will identify, understand and continually update JIDO Mission Essential Task List (METL), associated staff tasks and conditions and standards. As a Program Analyst, you’ll serve as a consultant to the Director, Rule of Law, Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTC-A) in the planning, coordination, and development of comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of Rule of Law programs. This includes quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing the Director with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans. After developing strategic plans, you’ll recommend new policies and allocation of needed resources; assists the Director in overseeing the development of facilities, systems, and financial budgets for the programs.
